Changing ApproachWhen presented with a complex business problem that has developed over several decades, it really doesn’t matter how many technology-based ‘sticking plasters’ are applied, as they simply won’t solve the problem.

To paraphrase Einstein, “the thinking that caused the problem is not the thinking that will solve the problem”.
